You will also have the opportunity to meet our staff and receive on the spot help with enrollment for the 2020-21 year!

Families interested in enrollment should come prepared with the following:

Child’s Birth Certificate

Proof of Residence

Parent ID (for primary, custodial parent)

Immunization Records
