DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS \nCleveland College Preparatory School\, Northeast Ohio \nCollege Preparatory School\, and University of Cleveland \nPreparatory School \nIDEA Part B Funds\nThe Board of Directors for Cleveland College Preparatory School\,\nNortheast Ohio College Preparatory School\, and the University of\nCleveland Preparatory School are required by federal and state law\nto hold a Public Hearing to allow for public comment on the use of IDEA Part B funds. \nThe Public Hearing will be held during the October Board Meeting. \nTest Preparation Time Limit Waiver\nPursuant to ORC 3301.0729\, there is a limit to the amount of time in\nwhich schools may engage in test preparation for students;\napproximately 2% of total instructional hours\, with some exceptions. \nThe school wishes to apply for a waiver in order to provide assistance\nto the students who need the additional testing preparation time. \nThe Board shall hold a Public Hearing on the application for the\nwaiver\, and invites the public to provide commentary and/or opinion. \nThe Public Hearing will be held during the October Board Meeting. \nLocation\, Date\, and Time:\n1 Summit Park Drive\nIndependence\, OH 44131\nOctober 14\, 2022\n3:30 p.m
